Terms & conditions

These terms apply to court bookings made at Apex Pickleball, Plot No. 6, Priyadarshini Nagar, Puducherry - 605011, India ("we", "us").

Bookings

  • Bookings are for the use of one pickleball court for the booked time slot.
  • A booking is confirmed only after the ₹50 online reservation payment is successful. You will receive a confirmation by email.
  • The ₹50 reservation payment is part of the total booking price. The balance is payable via UPI at the court before or at the start of play.
  • Bookings longer than 2 hours are subject to confirmation by us; we will contact you after booking.
  • Please arrive on time. Sessions end at the booked end time regardless of arrival time.

Conduct & safety

  • Non-marking sports shoes are required on court.
  • Players use the facility at their own risk. Please play within your ability and stay hydrated.
  • We may refuse or end play for behaviour that is unsafe or damages the facility.

Changes

We may need to cancel a booking due to weather, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. In that case we will offer to reschedule or refund the reservation payment.
