Rescheduling
To reschedule, message us on WhatsApp at +91 93693 36492 at least 12 hours before your booking. We'll move your booking to another available slot and carry over your ₹50 reservation payment.
Cancellations by you
The ₹50 online reservation payment is non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows, as it holds the court exclusively for you.
Cancellations by us
If we have to cancel your booking (for example due to heavy rain, maintenance or an emergency), we will offer you a new slot or a full refund of the ₹50 reservation payment to your original payment method.
Payment issues
If you were charged but did not receive a booking confirmation, contact us and we will either confirm your booking or refund the payment in full. Refunds are processed through PhonePe and typically reach your account within 5-7 working days.
