What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email address and booking details. Payments are processed by PhonePe; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, and to send you your booking confirmation.
To contact you about your booking (for example, rescheduling or bookings longer than 2 hours).

We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Storage

Booking data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services in India (Mumbai region) and is accessible only to Apex Pickleball.
